- What I mean is that I want the modem to detect as consecutive rings rings
- that are spaced farther apart than the default ~8 seconds. What I want is
- to be able to set my modem to answer on ring 6, say, and have the phone line
- have 4 rings with normal spacing, then a pause of up to 15 or 20 seconds,
- then two more rings. Does anyone know of any modems which allow this ring
- delay to be configured at all??
